Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Turkey
- ⅓ Pkg Taco Seasoning with ¼ c water
- 4 cups Chopped Romaine
- Cilantro, to taste
- 2 Green Onions, diced
- Roma Tomato, small, diced
- Avocado, diced
- Mexican Blend Reduced Fat Shredded
- Cheese
- 4 Tbsp Salsa
- Fresh Gourmet™ Sante Fe Style Tortilla
- Strips
Steps
- 1. Brown ground turkey, drain. Add taco seasoning and water and simmer. Set aside.
- 2. Place lettuce into two plates. Sprinkle with cilantro, green onions, tomatoes, and avocado.
- 3. Place half of the meat into each salad. Top each with shredded cheese, 2 Tbsp of salsa and tortilla strips.
