Sherry’s Taco Salad

Ingredients
  • 1 lb Ground Turkey
  • ⅓ Pkg Taco Seasoning with ¼ c water
  • 4 cups Chopped Romaine
  • Cilantro, to taste
  • 2 Green Onions, diced
  • Roma Tomato, small, diced
  • Avocado, diced
  • Mexican Blend Reduced Fat Shredded
  • Cheese
  • 4 Tbsp Salsa
  • Fresh Gourmet™ Sante Fe Style Tortilla
  • Strips
Steps
  1. 1. Brown ground turkey, drain. Add taco seasoning and water and simmer. Set aside.
  2. 2. Place lettuce into two plates. Sprinkle with cilantro, green onions, tomatoes, and avocado.
  3. 3. Place half of the meat into each salad. Top each with shredded cheese, 2 Tbsp of salsa and tortilla strips.
