Moist Sour Cream Apple Bread
Ingredients

  • 2 cups ( 240g) all-purpose flour, spoon and leveled
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup ( 150g) packed brown sugar, light or dark
  • ¼ cup ( 50g) granulated sugar
  • ½ cup (120mL) vegetable oil, or any neutral flavored oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup ( 120g) full-fat sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 cups (240g) peeled and grated Granny Smith apples (about 2 to 3 medium sized apples)

  • ½ cup ( 65g) powdered sugar
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons milk or water
