  • Pinch turmeric optional
  • ½ teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 2 teaspoon vegan butter
  • Pinch kala namak optional
  • 100 g baby spinach
  • 40 g vegan shredded cheese
  • Fresh chives finely chopped
  • Pinch ground black pepper
