Garam Massala Potatoes
Ingredients
  • ½ cup diced onion
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp finely chopped ginger
  • 1 ½ tbsp garam masala (or make you own)
  • 2 lbs potatoes, diced
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup diced red, orange, or yellow bell peppers
  • 1 cup Healing Broth or water
  • ½ tbsp freshly squeezed lime or lemon juice, to serve
  • ¼ cup loosely packed, roughly chopped cilantro leaves, to serve
  • subheading: Garam masala:
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • ½ tsp ground cardamom
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground cloves
  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp chili powder or red pepper flakes
