  • 2 cups low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1⁄4 cup ground flaxseed
  • 8 oz. goat cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • 1 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1⁄2 package (12 oz.) large pasta shells
