  • 1¾ c full-fat, plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 Tbsp green onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp minced parsley
  • ½ tsp dried dill (or 2 tsp fresh dill)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 10 grinds of fresh black pepper
