Chocolate Haystacks

Ingredients
  • 8 ⅛ ounces general mills Fiber One cereal (one sleeve)
  • 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips or Lily's
  • 2 teaspoons peanut butter (optional)
Steps
  1. Spray a glass bowl with Pam. Melt the chips and peanut butter, if desired, in the bowl in the microwave on Medium High Heat for 1 minute. Stir and continue process in 30 second increments until chips are melted.
  2. Once melted, mix in 1 sleeve of Fiber One cereal (8.1 oz). Once well blended, use a tablespoon to scoop out rounded cookies onto a cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Refrigerate until set (about ½ hour).
  3. Can freeze portions until ready to eat
