Slow Cooker Provencal Beef Stew (WW 3)
Ingredients
  • 1 small onion , chopped
  • 2 cup fresh mushrooms , sliced

  • 1 can (15 oz) pinto beans , drained and rinsed, divided
  • 1 1⁄2 cup beef broth , divided
  • 16 oz lean beef top round steak , cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 2 large carrots , sliced
  • 1 can (14 ½ oz) crushed tomatoes
  • 1⁄2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1⁄4 tsp dried thyme
  • 1⁄2 tsp salt , or to taste
  • 1⁄4 tsp black pepper , or to taste
