  • 1 15- ounce 425 g can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • ¼ cup 4 g finely chopped cilantro
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
