  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ cup olive oil or grapeseed oil
  • 1 tsp vinegar (only if using all sprouted wheat flour)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Zest of 1 large orange
  • 1 egg
  • ⅓ cup almond milk
  • 1 ¼ cup cranberries, chopped
