These can be kept in refrigerator for up to 1-wk.

Ingredients
- 30 oz. canned apricots (drained)
- 1½ c. honey
- ½ c. vinegar
- 3 3-in. cinnamon sticks
- 3 whole cloves
Steps
- Put apricots in 1-qt. jar with screw-top lid.
- Put remaining ingredients in saucepan & heat to boiling.
- Pour syrup over apricots.
- Cool; then screw on top & refrigerate at least 8-hrs.
