Ingredients
  • 30 oz. canned apricots (drained)
  • 1½ c. honey
  • ½ c. vinegar
  • 3 3-in. cinnamon sticks
  • 3 whole cloves
Steps
  1. Put apricots in 1-qt. jar with screw-top lid.
  2. Put remaining ingredients in saucepan & heat to boiling.
  3. Pour syrup over apricots.
  4. Cool; then screw on top & refrigerate at least 8-hrs.
