  • 1 ½ cups (360 ml) of canned pumpkin
  • ½ cup (120 ml)  of oil (or melted butter)
  • ⅓ cup (79 ml)  of heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml)  of vanilla

  • ½ cup (120 ml)  of golden raisins

  • 5 - 8 ounce packages of cream cheese - softened
  • ¾ cup (177 ml) of heavy cream
  • 1 Tablespoon (15 ml) of Vanilla
  • 2 to 3 cups of powdered sugar
