Spinach and Artichoke Dip IP Version
Instant Pot Version
Ingredients
  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese
  • 10 oz. box frozen Spinach
  • 16 oz. shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 C Chicken Broth
  • 14 oz. can Artichoke Hearts
  • 1/2 Sour Cream
  • 1/2 C Mayo
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
Steps
  1. Place garlic in the IP with the chicken broth. Drain Artichokes and pur them into the IP. Aff the remaining ingredients. Set to HP manual for 4 minutes. Quick Release and stir well. Transfir to serving dish along with chips or Pita Bread.
