Asparagus Pickles with Grape Leaves

  • ⅓ cup apple cider vinegar (white wine vinegar or standard vinegar are also fine)
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (or honey)
  • 4 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 4 small fresh grape leaves
  • 2 sprigs fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
