Homemade Hungarian Pepper Hot Sauce
Ingredients
  • 1 ¾ lb. hot peppers (about 40 medium peppers) For this sauce I used 28 black Hungarian peppers that had turned red, 2 black Hungarian peppers, and 10 orange jalapenos.
  • 4 large cloves garlic, peeled and smashed
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 3 cups white vinegar
