  • ½ cup tapioca starch, plus more as needed
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup warm water, plus more as needed
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil, plus more for brushing
