Griddle pineapple with goats cheese and chilli

Ingredients
  • Pineapple, cut into 1" slices
  • Goats cheese, crumbled
  • Dried chilli flakes
Steps
  1. Griddle the pineapple on each side until slightly charred
  2. Spread the goats cheese over the top
  3. Sprinkle with the chilli flakes
