Ingredients
  • 4 cups egg whites
  • 10 eggs
  • 1 lb. diced honey ham (or any ham of your choice)
  • 2 cups chopped spinach
  • 4 diced green bell peppers
  • 2 jalapeño pepper (seeded and diced)
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • pinch of salt (for taste)
  • pinch of ground black pepper (for taste)
  • 8 oz. package of mild shredded Cheddar cheese
