Soft Banana muffins / Soft banana dough

Ingredients
  • 70g Whole-Wheat Spelt Flour
  • 100g Oats, Fine
  • 30g Protein Powder
  • 120g Banana
  • 2tsp Baking Powder
  • 140g Applesauce
  • 1tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 250g Kefir
Steps
  1. Mix dry ingredients together
  2. Mash bananas with a fork and combine with applesauce and kefir.
  3. Combine all the other ingredients together.
  4. If the dough is too thick, add a bit of water.
  5. Pour into bread form.
  6. Bake for about 25 minutes at 180C. Use a toothpick test to check it is baked through.
Notes
  • Recipe can be used as a base dough for cakes and pies.
