Ingredients
- 70g Whole-Wheat Spelt Flour
- 100g Oats, Fine
- 30g Protein Powder
- 120g Banana
- 2tsp Baking Powder
- 140g Applesauce
- 1tsp Vanilla Extract
- 250g Kefir
Steps
- Mix dry ingredients together
- Mash bananas with a fork and combine with applesauce and kefir.
- Combine all the other ingredients together.
- If the dough is too thick, add a bit of water.
- Pour into bread form.
- Bake for about 25 minutes at 180C. Use a toothpick test to check it is baked through.
Notes
- Recipe can be used as a base dough for cakes and pies.
