  • 2 cans (5 ounces each) tuna in water, drained
  • ½ cup mayonnaise, preferably avocado oil-based
  • ¼ cup finely diced celery

  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried dill)
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese (additional for topping)
