Pot roast using frozen or thawed / fresh beef roast, with carrots, potatoes & onions.
Ingredients
  • 1 to 2 lb. beef roast, frozen (if thawed, cook only for 6 hours on high or 8 hours on low)
  • 3 to 4 potatoes
  • 1 lb. carrots
  • 1 onion
  • subheading: spices:
  • ¼ tsp. fresh ground pepper
  • ¼ tsp. fresh ground coffee
  • ½ tsp Tarragon
  • ½ tsp. seasoned salt
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ cup water or beef broth
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced.
