GF Cranberry-Orange Quick Bread
Ingredients
  • 2 cups gluten-free all purpose flour with xanthan gum we used GFJules
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup butter or dairy free butter softened
  • ¾ cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon grated orange rind zest
  • 1 egg well beaten
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 cups fresh cranberries coarsely chopped or whole (Either way works great!)
