Instant Pot baked potatoes
Ingredients
  • Water
  • Potatoes
Steps
  1. Put 1 to 1.5 cups of water in the pot
  2. Place the trivet
  3. Scrub the potatoes to clean them and then take a fork and poke holes on all sides of the potato (I did this about 6 to 9 pokes on each potato with a fork)
  4. Place the potatoes on top of the trivet. Arrange them however you want. I fit 11 potatoes in my instant pot.
  5. Put lid on, turn to seal. Press the “steam” button and set for 20 mins. After it comes to pressure it will begin the 20 min countdown. Once it turns off then let it sit for a full natural release.
Notes
  • The instructions below work well if you are doing 1 or more potatoes. Do not let them go past the “max” line
  • Steam, sterilize or pressure functions work.
  • Try not poking the potatoes next time
