  • ⅓ cup RAJMA (Kidney Beans), soaked overnight or minimum of 8 hrs
  • 4 cup water
  • 1 medium onion, chopped

  • ½ inch ginger, chopped
  • 4 to 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 to 2 green chili, chopped (as per taste)

  • ½ tsp RED CHILI POWDER, as per taste
  • ¼ tsp TURMERIC POWDER
  • ¼ tsp DRY MANGO POWDER, optional
  • ¼ tsp GARAM MASALA
  • 1 tsp CUMIN SEEDS
  • ⅛ tsp HING (Asafoetida)

  • ½ tsp lemon juice, as per taste
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp butter For vegan, use oil
  • 2 tbsp cream, optional For vegan, do not add
  • salt to taste
