  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, cubed and chilled
  • ½ teaspoon seafood seasoning (I used Old Bay)
  • 3 to 5 tablespoons ice cold water
