Ingredients
  • Dinnah!!! I think sliced a package of boneless/skinless chicken breasts and coated each cutlet with mayonnaise. In a separate bowl I combined pork panko crumbs, Kinders buttery steakhouse blend, nutritional yeast flakes, onion powder, smoked paprika, and Italian seasoning. I coated each mayonnaise covered cutlet in the panko mix and then they all went onto a baking sheet. I convection baked them at 400* for about 30 minutes. I served the chicken with steamed broccoli.
