Cottage Cheese Mac and Cheese
Ingredients
  • 2 cups dried elbow macaroni
  • ¾ cup cottage cheese - A higher fat percentage will be creamier.
  • ¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese - I recommend grating the cheese yourself.
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup milk - A higher fat percentage will be creamier.
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 teaspoons tapioca starch
