Warm Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies

1 cup buttery margarine

1.5 cups brown sugar

1 pack vanilla pudding mix(dry only)

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 egg

1 pinch salt

1 tsp baking soda

2 cups flour

Chocolate chips

Cream margarine, sugar and pudding mix for 5 minutes. Add in vanilla and egg. Then add dry ingredients and fold in chocolate chips.

Lay out sheet of plastic wrap and form dough into log. Wrap in plastic wrap and freeze for 2 hours.

Heat oven to 375. Take dough out and unroll. Chop log into 1 inch circular pieces and place on baking sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes and let cool.
