Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons tapioca starch
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 3 ½ cups pitted sweet cherries, pitted*
  • 2 ½ cups raspberries & blackberries*
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into small chunks
  • note: If using a 10-inch pie pan, increase fruit by 1 cup total
