Keto Pizza Base (Not Fathead)
Ingredients
  • 100g Almond Meal
  • 3 tsp Xantham Gum
  • 6 Tbsp Hot Water
Steps
  1. Mix together and into a ball and rest for 15 mins.
  2. Roll out and bake on 180 for 5 mins then flip
  3. Put toppings on and bake for a further 10 to 15 mins
