Ingredients
  • subheading: The Chicken:
  • 2 to 4 pounds of chicken wings/wingettes/drumettes, rinsed OR 2 to 3 lbs of chicken breasts, cut into bite-size chunks
  • ½ tsp of salt
  • ½ tsp of ground black pepper
  • ⅔ cup of potato starch or corn starch
  • 24 oz of vegetable or corn or canola oil, for frying ( I used this 12″ skillet that’s about 3″ deep which is ideal for pan frying. If you use a smaller skillet, use less oil)

  • ¼ cup + 1 tbsp of ketchup
  • 3 tbsp of water
  • 2 tbsp of white sugar
  • 2 tbsp of honey
