**Note by BC: + onion powder; fried thinly sliced garlic in oil with gnocchi. Very tasty and quick to make!
Ingredients
  • 500 g store-bought gnocchi homemade works well too
  • 100 g sundried tomatoes cut in halve
  • 1 tablespoon sundried tomato oil this is optional but great for flavour. substitute for butter
  • 1 ½ tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage
  • 3 cups baby spinach
  • 1 teaspoon garlic granules substitute with 1 fresh garlic clove
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese and more to serve
