Gallo Pinto the taste of Costa Rica
This is was my best dishes during my previous Costa Rica Travel,you have to try it .

Ingredients
  • -340 grams (1 ½ cups) black beans cooked the day before .
  • -450 grams (2 cups ) brown rice cooked previously
  • -1 onion
  • -½ red bell pepper
  • -4 T.cilandro
  • -3 cloves garlic
  • -2 T Worcestershire sauce (o salsa Lizano)
  • -olive oil
  • -salt
Steps
  1. Sautè the chopped onion with bell pepper in olive oil ,when tender add the chopped garlic .When the mixture starts to brown ,add the beans and salt .Cook on medium heat for a while until some of the liquid evaporates .
  2. Finally add the rice ,previously prepared with cilandro ,Worcestershire sauce mix together and remove from heat .
  3. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes before serving .
