Low Carb American Goulash
Ingredients
  • 1 ½ pounds lean ground beef
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 ounces diced Bell pepper about ¾ cup
  • 1 ounce chopped onion about ¼ cup
  • 8 ounces cauliflower about 2 cups, broken into florets
  • 1 14- ounce can diced tomatoes drain and save the juice
  • 1 14- ounce can of water
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder optional
  • 1 single serving sized packet of monkfruit more or less to taste
