  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated or very finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • ½ pound sugar snap peas (or snow peas)
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds, for garnish
  • green onions, thinly sliced, for garnish
