  • 500g uncooked peeled and devained prawns ( I use frozen prawns saves having to feel them but fresh prawns would be nicer )
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon Chinese rice wine
  • 1 small tablespoon grated ginger or garlic optional
  • 1 generous teaspoon cornflour
  • White pepper to taste
  • 2 packets of round gowgee wrappers ( I get them from Woolworths)
  • Extra cornflour for dusting
