Crock Pot Short Ribs with Red Wine
Ingredients
  • 2 to 3 pounds beef short ribs (boneless, or about 5 pounds on the bone)
  • 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ teaspoons grill seasoning (for steak or burgers)
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 (.75-ounce) envelopes mushroom gravy or brown gravy mix
  • ¾ cup dry red wine
  • ¾ cup beef broth
  • 1 ½ cups frozen pearl onions (or small peeled boiling onions)
