Debbie's Overnight Oats

Ingredients
  • ¼ cup uncooked old fashioned rolled oats (2 SP)
  • ⅓ cup coconut almond milk (35 calorie 0 SP)
  • ¼ cup fat free plain Oikos Greek yogurt (0 SP)
  • 2 teaspoons TJ Super Seed blend (or 1 SP of chia seeds)
  • ⅛ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon Truvia
  • 1 teaspoon protein powder, or < ½ scoop (0 SP)
  • ¼ cup diced mango (approx. half of a small mango) or fruit of your choice
Steps
  1. In a half pint jar or container, add all ingredients except fruit. Stir with fork or spoon to mix well.  Top with mangoes (or any fruit). Seal the jar and refrigerate overnight or up to 5 days. Eat chilled.
Notes
  • Fruit can be added just before eating-especially bananas.
