  • 1 recipe pizza dough or use 2 x 400 g ready-made pizza dough or puff pastry sheets
  • subheading: Tomato Topping:
  • ⅔ cup ( 150 g) tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp Italian herbs or to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup ( 100 g) vegan cheese shredded
  • subheading: Spinach Topping:
  • 1 to 2 tsp olive oil or other oil
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic chopped
  • ⅔ cup ( 150 g) vegan cream cheese at room temperature
  • 3 cups ( 100 g) fresh baby spinach or frozen thawed & squeezed out
  • 1 cup ( 100 g) vegan cheese shredded
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • subheading: For Brushing (optional):
  • 2 to 3 tbsp soy cream or soy milk or other plant-based cream/milk
  • pinch of turmeric optional for a more yellow color
