Veggie and Pepperoni fathead pizza
Thanks to this little copy cat, you will NEVER miss dough pizza again!

Ingredients
  • 1 fathead dough recipe
  • 1½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup no sugar added marinara sauce
  • ½ cup frozen onion- three pepper blend
  • ¼ cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 to 2 ounces black sliced olives
  • 12 to 15 slices of pepperoni
  • 1 to 2 tsp dried oregano
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375°.  Roll out dough between two sheets of parchment paper.  Bake on parchment lined pan for 8 minutes.  while dough is in the oven cook peppers, onion and mushrooms in a skillet.  Remove dough from the oven.  poke holes in it with fork to remove any air bubbles.  add marinara sauce.  add toppings and cheese.  sprinkle on oregano.   Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
