Mango Habanero Sauce

½ onion roughly chopped

1 tsp garlic powder

½ to 1 cup mango purée or 1 mango cubed

2 to 3 Habanero peppers, stemmed and seeded, then roughly chopped

¼ cup rice or Tarragon vinegar (or substitute equal amount of Mirin for a sweeter sauce)

2 packets of dried lime powder

¾ to 1 cup red or orange bell pepper roughly chopped

¼ cup water

3 tablespoon sugar, agave syrup, or honey

¾ to 1 teaspoon salt
