Breakfast pizza
Ingredients
  • Crust of choice...
  •  
  • subheading: Cream Sauce Base:
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3 tbsp heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • subheading: Toppings:
  • Eggs, beaten and scrambled (do not over cook)
  • Seasonings for eggs
  • Bacon or Sausage, cooked & crumbled
  • Cheese, grated
  • Veggies, as desired
  • Salsa or other toppings
Steps
  1. subheading: Crust:
  2. Follow directions for chosen crust and spread on baking sheet, bake as directed.
  3. subheading: Cream Sauce Base:
  4. In a medium bowl, stir together the cream cheese and cream until well combined.
  5. Stir in the garlic, and season to taste.
  6. Spread the sauce over the crust, leaving a ΒΌ inch border.
  7. subheading: Toppings:
  8. Spread the cooked eggs evenly over the crust.
  9. Layer toppings onto sauced crust, topping with cheese
  10. Increase the oven heat to 375F.
  11. Return the pizza to the oven and bake another 5 to 7 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
  12. Top with salsa, sour cream or drizzles of choice.
