Ingredients
- Chocolate Mud Cake Recipe
- This recipe makes a 10” square Cake 5cm high.
- 500g butter
- 500g caster sugar
- 400ml hot water
- 500g dark chocolate
- 150ml vegetable oil
- 1 spoon vanilla extract
- 1 spoon coffee
- ........................................(Melt all together)
- 500g Plan flour or Bakers flour
- 100g Cocoa powder
- 10g baking powder
- ½ teaspoon bicarbonate
- 6 eggs
- (Mix all ingredients together and bake on a 10” square tin 150C to 160C (+/-) 1 hour )
