Low Carb Keto Sausage Shrimp Foil Packets
Ingredients
  • 1 medium zucchini, sliced ½ inch thick
  • 1 red pepper, thinly sliced
  • ¼ onion, thinly sliced
  • Salt and pepper
  • 12 ounces al fresco fully cooked chicken sausage, sliced ½ inch thick
  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp plus 1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning (or use any fish seasoning or Cajun seasoning)
  • ½ lemon, cut into 4 slices
  • Chopped parsley or cilantro for garnish
