Miso and honey glazed salmon on pan seared roasted garlic asparagus.

Ingredients
  • 6 oz. Salmon filet
  • ½ tsp EVOO
  • ½ tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp. White miso paste
  • ½ Tbsp. Honey
  • 1 clove Garlic (minced)
  • ½ tsp Orange zest
  • 8 to 10 Spears of asparagus
  • ¼ Tbsp butter
  • ¾ Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp roasted garlic seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Steps
  1. Glaze
  2. In a bowl mix EVOO, sesame oil, white miso paste, honey, and garlic.
  3. Prepare Salmon
  4. Dry off the salmon and place on a sheet of parchment paper. Salt and pepper.
  5. Brush the glaze over the entire filet.
  6. Air Fryer
  7. Place in the air fryer and set to 400° for 10 minutes
  8. Asparagus
  9. Trim bottom ends of asparagus
  10. Put olive oil and butter into skillet
  11. Heat over medium heat.
  12. When hot, add asparagus, salt, pepper and roasted garlic seasoning.
  13. Pan sear for about 5 to 10 minutes (depending on size) or until fork tender
