Puy and Quinoa Salad
Ingredients
  • Half a cup of green lentils
  • chopped onion,
  • just covered with water
Steps
  1. Half a cup of green lentils in pot with chopped onion, just covered with water. Stand low trivet on this, stand a glass bowl on trivet in which is half cup of quinoa and water. IP for 2 mins then NPR. When cool, drain the quinoa and lentils and mix together adding chopped herbs. Ready to add other salad ingredients as Claire Sullivan suggests.
