Ingredients
  • 2½ lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast (thawed)
  • 1 package McCormick Grill Mates powder marinade (any flavor)
  • Package of spinach
  • 1 cup chicken broth
Steps
  1. Place chicken breasts into the pot!
  2. Mix broth with marinade powder.  Pour the flavoring over the chicken.
  3. Set to high for 35 minutes (or I actually just change my poultry setting to 35).
  4. NPR 15 minutes, then QR.
  5. Remove chicken, put it into a bowl and shred.
  6. Sauté spinach in juices for 15 min.
