  • ¾ lbs shrimp

  • 1 ½ tbsp vegetable oil or more if needed

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce/ light soy sauce
  • 2 tsp dark soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 4 tsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tsp corn starch
  • ½ tsp sesame oil
