Quick Braised Pork and Tofu with Rice and Greens
Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons minced ginger
  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 3 cups beef stock or water, plus extra to taste
  • ¼ cup oyster sauce, plus extra to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chile-garlic paste, plus extra to taste
  • 2½ tablespoons black bean-garlic sauce
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 pound block silken tofu, drained and cubed
  • 6 scallions, trimmed and sliced thin
  • Kosher salt
  • 8 baby bok choy, halved lengthwise, or 6 cups kale, roughly torn
  • Cooked white rice, to serve
