  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 1 ½ cups chardonnay or other not-too-sweet white wine
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • A few pinches cayenne pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
  • Bread or pasta
